Sundays Together Template - From Roots to Fruits: A Family Tu B'Shevat Experience

Mark your family calendars for January 26 as we spend the morning turning waste into wonder at Resource Depot.

Create together a beautiful, life-size “Tree of Life” community art masterpiece made of recycled material to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Tu Bishvat – the birthday of the trees – as inspired by acclaimed artist, Yitzchok Moully, known as The Pop Art Rabbi.

Each child also can create their own planters from upcycled materials. Families will enjoy outdoor games and activities while learning about Israeli culture through our community’s Israel cultural emissaries.

This program is intended for families with children in kindergarten through 7th grade.
